Mira Play bad leak

Hi We have a bad leak from within our Mira Play shower. I've included images from where the leak has sprung; it seems to be coming from under the white bracket at the inlet connector assembly. We're just looking for a bit of advice before buying a spare part..! I'll call to follow up this message. Thank you Hamish Scott

It sounds like the inlet saddle clamp

If these fail it is usually because the inlet connector is not perfectly square as it fits on to the flow valve so check this before fitting.
