This question is regarding Mira Play - Shower Spares

Plastic back plate

Is it possible to replace the back of the shower, at the point where the water comes into the shower it is secured to the body of the shower by two screws and a u shaped bracket, the housing part has split and cannot be replaced it seems, other than this the shower is very good, it is the second one I have had and the other one had the same fault, this would appear to be a design fault, my bar pressure is half that suggested as it's maximum, can you help please.

Afraid the back box is not available as a spare.
In our experience the damage you have is not caused by water pressure but usually by the inlet connector not being fitted so as to fit into shower squarely without putting stress on the fitting.
