Faulty Mira PPT3

Hi our PPT3 has developed a fault, it is fine when using cold water but when you add hot the water pressure reduces, reducing the water flow. We have checked the impellers and filters they seem fine. We have noticed that we only have one float pack on the cold side and none on the hot. The interior components look clean and not melted. (eg the capacitor) but we're not electrical experts. Any ideas. Thanks.

Would be tempted to feel that this is not a pump problem from the checks you have done.
It may well be the shower it is serving is at fault and not allowing enough whot water through to activate the pump.
