Low flow rate on Mira ppt3

The pump starts and stops but there is no pressure same on hot or cold and pump now makes a different noise.

First check that the shaft is actually turning, then check the inlet filters are not blocked. If all is well here then it may be the Pressure Reg Valve, if so then you will need a new pump as this item is obsolete.
