Mira ppt3 low/no flow

Hello, I have a customer with one of these pumps. When she turns on her shower the pump is running for approximately 1sec and turns off. Customer is getting a small amount of water out the shower when this happens. Can you suggest a fault and possible spare part to fix ??

Check that the inlet filters on the pump and the shower valve are clear also can you disconnect the head and hose and let the shower run into the tray/bath on ully and then fully cold to see what the flow rates are like from both supplies (that is if you have any flow)  get back to me and let me know the results.
