PPt3 Pump Leaking

Hi, my mira ppt3 pump is leaking from the centre screw on the end plate at the cold water end! This does not leak when the shower is running, it only leaks when the cold water is running from anywhere else in the house e.g run the bath tap, or even washing machine in the kitchen. The screw does have an o'ring behind it, but im not sure if replacing the seals will rectify this fault, and also the pump does click once when a cold tap is run! Any suggestions? P.S If you look at your exploded diagram of the pump and look at item 11 then that is where the leak is, the screw even loosened itself!!!

There is a seal kit for this pump http://showerdoc.com/shower-spares/mira/MIRA-937-36-Mira-Cover-Seals-Pack-937-36 2 seals! 6.98 ( I don’t know where Mira get there prices!)
