Shower will not run hot on Mira PPT3 pump

One morning the shower would only run cold/cool, this happened on both showers supplied by the pump. If the shower valve is turned to cold the flow rate is good, if turned toward hot the flow rate drops significantly. I have stripped the pump down, cleaned it and made sure all the valves are functioning but still the same problem. The only suspicion I have is the pressure relief valves between the inlets and outlets, if these are failing to stay closed could this be the problem? Thank you for any input.

The normal Fault with the PPT3 was the impeller.

Between the Nylon outer and the Nylon inner there is a rubber shock absorber on the hot side the shock absorber often becomes soft and allows one part to spin and the other to remain stationery
