diverter internals replacement

Hi, the diverter on this shower isn't working and I need to replace the internals but so far I am unable to see how the body comes apart to allow access? I have tried to remove the diverter lever but without success - is it pushed on? Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

The handle has a grub screw holding it on.
