Difference between Mira shower hoses

I have 2 Mira showers - a Mira 88 (1998/1989) which used to take a SF4 shower hose which was apparently replaced by an RF4. I have replaced this a couple of times in the past. A current internet search on this brings up the 1.1605.167 shower hose. I also have an Excel (1997) and the shower hose listed in the documentation for this is the 150.58. I still have the original hose for this shower. The hoses are different diameters - the former is 15mm while the original Excel hose is 20mm. Can you please tell me the difference between the 1.1605.167 and the 150.58 on your website.

The top hose has conical ends which are slightly different in size to accommodate different rail sliders. Whereas the other has conical ends which are the same size.
