Water Pressure

Thank you for your reply to my first question relating to the fall in water pressure. You said to first check the inlet filters, would it be wise to order a complete filter unit before starting the work?. Do I require any special tools prior to starting the job?. I am a retired mechanical engineer and have never forgotten that you list all items in rotation when stripping a unit. However I think my best course of action will be to order a filter unit from you and then call in a professional. Would you agree.I await your reply.

A hex / Allan key of the correct size and a new set of filters maybe a good idea.
