Squealing shower

Hi when i turn the shower on it makes such a squealing or vibrating sound that the whole house can here.

This is usually caused by to much pressure (Over 5 bar) or unequal pressure the hot or the cold being higher than the other.

If there is a pressure differential as the cartridge gets older it is less able to cope with the difference and therefore will need replaced
