This question is regarding Mira Sport 10.8kW - post 1998 - Shower Spares

Mira Sport Max Airboost 10.8KW Low light flashing after water leaking internally

Problem is water dripped from unit while in use and then stopped working. Now white LOW light flashes. Opened up and inside everything was soaking wet. No obvious place where water has escaped so not sure what to replace. We do have high water pressure in house and sometimes goes up to 5 or 6 bar. When it was under guarantee Mira replaced a part but said we should get a PRV fitted to reduce the pressure. Stupidly I didnt and this may well be the same problem but i dont know what they replaced last time. Can you help?

The most likely part to leak is the flow valve

Switch of the power carefully dry everything out switch on for a few seconds then off have a look and you may be able to trace the fault.

The Sport should be good for 10 bar when not in use ( Static ) and 5 bar when running
