Overheat light comes on

Dear Sirs,

the overheat light comes on this shower, I have descaled the shower head, the hose is in good condition plus the water pressure is good as another, same model works fine in the next room. Can you recommend an internal part that can be fitted to rectify this problem.

Kind regards,

Jon Stewart

Turn the shower temperature control from fully cold to fully hot. When you do this slowly there should be a gradual change in temperature and flow. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference, or the flow or temperature is erratic,  then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.

I put the shower on medium setting and turned the temp from low to high I had a good force on low and as I turned to high the force did reduce a lot. I had a low force on the low setting as apposed to a dribble.

what is the problem and which part would I need to replace
