Cycling through heating and over heat

Hi, have a 10.8kw and it started cycling through heating and overheat warning. Fitted new shower head. Valves are fully open and flow is good. Decent dribble full heat, full flow at coolest. Checked the MTS (replaced a year ago) and get continuity. More recently the overheat light is always on but very dim, staring the shower it soon goes to full brightness, so no heat at all. Just rechecked with head removed. Overheat permanently on when medium or high regardless of flow control.

You may have a faulty PCB. I would also check that you have 230-240v inside the shower.
