Mira sport 10.8 air boost shower

Recently fitted this product and can't get air boost to work its spluttering from shower head not working as seen on videos working so disappointed it's not working to set my new bathroom off.

Make sure that the air pipe, www.showerdoc.com/mira-sport-max-air-pipe-assembly-1746-526 , is inserted correctly.
