Picture of leaks
Both your leaks are in strange places as the 'O' rings are static and therefore nor subject to ware and to some extent therefore are not available as a spare because they don't ware out!
My first advice would be to strip the parts apart give the 'O' ring a a grease with silicone grease and refit being very careful that all the parts are entered squarely.
When you strip these parts down look carefully to make sure that there is nothing leaking from nearby where you see the leak causal as i said it is unusual for the shower to leak from these parts.
