Reolacement thermal cut out switch.

I was supplied with a faulty thermal cut out switch for Mira sport shower, by you, and was promised a replacement would be sent to me Monday morning. It is now Wednesday evening and it still hasn't arrived. Please send out ASAP . Thank you, Raymond Brown.
