Sport Max won't switch off

Hi there, When I switch off my Mira Sport Max 10.8Kw the water continues to flow, turning it off at the electrical isolator doesn't stop the water - I have to switch it off at the water isolator in the roof! Having read this topic http://www.showerdoc.com/mira-sport-max-shower-spares/question/shower-will-not-shut-off-123724 I replaced the solenoid coil (416.51), unfortunately this has not resolved the issue - what else could be at fault? Thanks for the quick response. Is there any testing that I can do to check which one is at fault?

And would I be correct in thinking that the flow valve assy cones with the latching switch as well?

With your particular problem it needs the complete flow valve replaced.
