Mira Sport Airboost Shower Head

Why does the shower head leak at the flexible hose joint with no means of tightening it.

Could it be a faulty hose?

If it is at the join between the hose connector and the head we have on occasions had to fit a double washer.

!f this doesn't help can you send us a photo of where it is leaking?
