This question is regarding Mira Sport - post 1992 - Shower Spares

mira overheat neon

overheat neon light comes on after turning left hand knob to stop position on shower. this then boils the water in tank. IS there a fix for this please

It sounds like a faulty pilot valve or one of the micro switches is stuck in the on position which is keeping one of the elements energised all the time.
