Water

There is no power to the shower but it is pooring cold water.

Can the feed be switched off within the shower rather than having to turn off the mains water supply?

The pilot valve which switches the water on and off inside the shower has failed and needs replaced, it can be ordered online by clicking on this link.

There is usually an isolation valve somewhere in the feed to the shower which allows the shower to be isolated without turning off the mains.
