Fitting new Pilot Valve

Had this shower for along time but now unable to turn off. Turning the knob to stop does not turn off the water flow . Any ideas?

I think you need a new pilot valve

The pilot valve is a common fault <o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Turn off water and power<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Put something in the waste just encase you drop a screw! <o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Remove cover<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Remove splash plate at pipe entry<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Remove 4 screws from 'U' clamps and 'U' clamps<o:O:P></o:O:P>

<o:O:P> </o:O:P>

Later models have “Torx” screws so you will need a “Torx”screwdriver with a T10 Bit.<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Remove screw above letter 'A' on drawing<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Ease pilot valve forward (if there is no movement on the pipework you will have to disconnect it at the inlet connection take care to holdthe brass body with pliers when slackening the nut)<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Swap the wires over from one pilot valve to the other one by one<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Then reassemble<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Turn on water and allow the water to come thru unit beforeswitching on power.<o:O:P></o:O:P>

 <o:O:P></o:O:P>

Easy init!!!!!<o:O:P></o:O:P>
