Mira Sport 9.8kW not working

Hi, my Mira Sport shower is not working, the power light is on the shower unit, but when I press the on switch the power light goes off as does the pull cord light and no water comes out. Is this likely to be the flow valve assembly?

More than likely a faulty pull cord switch.
