This question is regarding Mira Sport - post 1998 - Shower Spares

Sometimes pulse of hot then cold at switch on

On/off pushbutton became detached. Removed front cover and re-fitted push button (needed bit of glue). Shower working again. However, at switch on sometimes get a pulse of hot water followed by cold followed by normal temperature. Switch off seems normal in that shower stops several seconds after preessing on/off button. Seems to be a distinct click a minute or so after stopping.

Check the inlet filter for blockages. It may also be the flow valve is on its way out.
