Help me

My shower has no water I was told it could be the solenoid , but I can't find where it is in my shower, it is a mira zest don't know age as we have just moved in to property, can you explain where it is for me so I can get the part from you and change it myself thank you very much Kate

The solenoid sits on the top of part 4 in the above diagram.

I have no water coming out of shower. Cleaned filter, head etc. Is it a possibility this is the problem and will it fit mira sport 9kw.
