Shower running tempid

My mira azora is running with luke warm water. Will the be the therm switch?

If it was the TCO that was faulty the water would be absolutely cold.

It is more likely to be a faulty micro switch not allowing power through to one of the elements or a faulty element.

The other possibility is that the thermostatic valve on the bottom of the heating thank is faulty unfortunately the thermo valve and the heating tank is one component.
