no control with hot water hot all the time watched doctor on on your site and bought new flow valve still hot water all the time i received flow valve this morning its fitted still VERY HOT CAN THE FAULT BE THE THERMAL SWITCH i will keep flow valve as its fitted hope you can help

First check that the valve coming into your house and the valve on the line to your shower are both fully open if they are OK then it is likely to be a faulty stabiliser / flow valve.

The reason for this is there may not enough water passing through the shower to keep it cool, if it overheats the safety device cuts of the power until it cools, once it is cold the safety device turns on the power again and the cycle starts over.

It may be worth phoning your water supplier and checking that they haven't had the water pressure turned down for any reason, your shower needs a minimum of 1bar to work properly.
