do you replace whole shower units?

Our Mira Sport 9.8 (serial no J95C) has broken. It has leaked in the unit. We have had 2 other sports which also have done this in the space of 9 years. Our plumber says due to the odd fitting of the water pipe in our bathroom we need a Mira 9.8 Sport exactly like the previous and need to match up the exact serial number as he said it's a difficult pipe and position/angle of the pipe in the bathroom wall. Problem is we don't know where to get the exact shower unit. Can you advise?

I presume it is one of these Sports you have?

If it is then this will be your best option

Below is a link to the fitting instructions, pass these on to your plumber and see what he thinks.
