Mira Sprint (8.5kw)

Hi,

I have just had a water pressure reducing valve installed on the mains water.

However, now when I switch on the shower I get a screeching noise from the temperature controller. Sometimes it will go off after a few seconds and other times I need to adjust the temperature knob.

The pressure is now lower than it was before so I don't know why the screeching has occurred.

Also if I do need to replace the temperature valve is there a part number?

Regards Steve

You are really looking for a minimum of 1bar pressure tomake this work properly so first check that –you have at least that coming throughthe pressure reducing valve.

It may be that some dirt has come through and caused aproblem with the flow valve or just coincidence that the flow valve has becomefaulty when the pressure has changed.
