This question is regarding Mira Supreme - Shower Spares

MIRA SUPREME 8.4 SHOWER

My shower has suddenly stopped heating the cold water. The Green power light is on and only the bottom (*temperature) red light is on. Does this mean I will have to replace the whole shower? Or can I get spare parts.

Was the shower performing ok before this happened?  

Did anything happen to the shower before it started producing cold water?

Is the water completely cold or is luke warm?
