water going cold

The shower is sometimes going cold during a shower. I have been advised that this switch should be replaced. Can you advise please?

The TCO is designed to cut the hot water if the shower is over heating, in turn this means your TCO (thermal switch) is working as it should. If the shower continues to cut the hot water then the TCO will fail very soon. It sounds like you have an underlying issue with the shower causing it to overheat and activate the TCO. Mayabe a pressure problem or flow valve issue.

It depends on what model of shower you have as to what parts you require.
