Replacement fixed shower head

We are trying to replace our fixed Mira shower head. The original was bought in 1993 and the only description we have is MIRA EXCEL SOVEREIGN GOLD FIXED HEAD. What will fit please?

You have the Mira 300 shower head or the 310 I am not sure from the angle of your photo however the links to both are below, if I had to guess I think you have the 310, all of the available spares are there unfortunately no gold.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. We only need the business end of the shower. White would be fine. The back end of the spray head is 55mm across and has a single twist thread.
