Hello does the integral pump need cleaning due to hard water and would furring up of the pump cause tripping of PCB Thank you in anticipation

It doesn't really need cleaning you may find a lot of black dust round about the motor but it is just carbon from the brushes you could hoover it if you want.

If it is tripping the MCB then there is an electrical fault somewhere, past experiance says this often leads to the motor and pump unit.
