Replacement shower head holder (on riser)

Hi, Can you tell me where I can get the replacement white plastic shower head holder (that goes up and down on the riser) from and how much it would cost please?

 This shower was sold with various fitting kits, have a look here http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-spares/mira  under shower fittings roll your mouse over the camera icons and see if you see your part if not send us a photo and we will see if we can ID it for you.
