This question is regarding Mira Vigour Thermostatic - Shower Spares

stopped working

Flow control knob continually goes round . No power or water. acting as if no electric going to it.

The potentiometer is held in a plastic section of the valve body and this sometimes snaps. I would look here first. Item "C" in the middle of the diagram.
