cant regulate temperature properly

on high setting shower goes boiling hot then freezing cold

If the pressure is ok everywhere else in the house, then it sounds like it could be down to one of the following issues.

The stop tap supplying the shower is not fully open,
The inlet filter is blocked. (ITEM 3)
You have a leak inside the shower (FROM ITEMS 7 or 5)

If all of the above are ok, then you will probably require a new flow valve assembly which is can be found as item 5 - www.showerdoc.com/mira-vista-electric-shower
