mira vista shower 9.5kw , power but no water , no pump noise

i have tested the solenoid coil for resistance and have 4.3 I have 237v in and from pull cord power when made, i have 237v at shower terminals, and and to selector dial , any ideas please ? john

You should have a reading of at least 3.5 ohms, across the two terminals any less and you need a new valve. (Check the valve in the failed state.) (When it has stopped working!)
With a reading such as yours I would change it.
