Mira zest - problems
-water gets very hot at random
-water sometimes remains on when top dial is turned to off and then when shower switch outside bathroom is switched off, water can run on for anything from 5 seconds to 10 minutes
hopefully these problems are related to 1 faulty part, any ideas greatly appreciated

It is going to need a new flow valve and switching assembly.
