low water pressure

i recently had a combi boiler installed downstairs to replace my hot water cylinder which was upstairrs, now my hot water flow upstairs to my shower is low and my present thermostatic mixer bar does not flow at a hot enough temperature to get a shower. i am looking to replace this with a low pressure one and was wondering if this was the one i need to buy. i am not technically minded a bout measuring water pressures but i know it takes about 15 minutes to fill my bath. please help

I do not understand why you would still have a hot water cylinder if you have a combi. If the shower is fed with mains water and from the cylinder then the cold with overwhelm the hot. Fitting a PRV to the cold to the shower may solve this .
