This question is regarding MX Inspiration LX - Shower Spares

MX LXI issue

I have a mx lxi 10.5kw system, where the on/off button does not switch the unit off and stop the water flow. so even with the power disconnected the water is still flowing through the unit???

I also have taken the front face off the unit and pressing and depressing the switch too, but still wont turn the water off?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a micro switch that is sticking on.
