Spare parts

Why can I not find any spare parts for this model, I am looking for the circuit board for the On/off and temperature switch, the On on my shower is faulty, works with packer behind the button,

There are no spares as these showers are new and should still be under warranty.

If they are older than 2 years we will contact the manufacturer about the pcb etc. that you may need and get back to you.
