Universal 3 Mode Lunar Handset

I have just bought and fitted your MX Combo Riser Rail and find that my old supajet handset does not fit in the holder. Please can you confirm that the Universal 3 Mode Lunar is a suitable replacement.

Can you send us a photo of how this is not fitting ....because it should fit! and we wouldn’t want you to waste mone buying a shower head unnecessarily.
