Replacement shower head

Which is the best replacement shower head for my Trevi boost exposed shower ? I recently purchased a MX Lunar Universal 3 mode self cleaning head which is no where near as good as the original (discontinued ?)

Sorry, I would have said the MARL-HED was a good replacement shower head for your shower.
