Returns Procedure

You can return any unwanted item to us using the returns address noted below.  Please include a note with the reason for returning your goods along with details of your order number and contact details.  It is important that you do not deface the original packaging of the products being returned as this may affect our ability to provide a full refund. 

Items that have been damaged on fitting, have been modified in anyway or not in a resalable condition may not be provided with a refund.

Please make when returning goods that they are well packaged and we would advise you use a tracked or signed for service. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse , they will be processed, checked and tested and a refund of the goods will be processed as long as goods in new working order and a resalable condition.

Return of Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty and is less than 1 year old you can return it to us for an exchange or refund.  However, some products come with onsite warranty

We will refund your money, excluding postage charges, within 30 days.

If you cancel after 14 days, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to The Shower Doctor using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period and we would therefore recommended the product(s) are returned with the original packaging in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on the return journey.

If you fail to returns the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

If you wish to make a return after the fourteen day cooling off period, please note that we cannot accept returns if

  • The products have been used, personalised or customised in any way.
  • The products have been fitted for fault finding purposes, we will deem it to have been used.
