Please Note: Any orders placed out with our normal business hours will not be shipped until the next working day and subject to stock availability.

Delivery of Goods
Delivery may be effected in one or more installments depending on stock availability, and the option is given at checkout to allow the option to split the goods if applicable.
Items on our website that are in stock on the website will display (in stock ready for delivery
) and any items not in stock at that time will display (available for dispatch in 3-7 days)
Delivery times may be extended due to delays caused be 3rd parties which are outwith our control. Do not arrange for a tradesman to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
In certain circumstances where large bulky items are being ordered for delivery to remote locations (such as Scottish Islands ) there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost and given the option of accepting the extra charge or cancelling your order.
Returns can be sent to us using the label provided with your order. Please disclose the reason for returning the item along with details of your order number. It is important that you do not deface the original packaging of any of the products being returned as this may affect our ability to provide a full refund.
Return of Faulty Goods
After receiving your order you should inspect the items and if you discover anything is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible.
If a product is faulty you can return it to The Shower Doctor for an exchange or refund. Returned items are inspected and tested, please note that should we determine that the product is not faulty you will receive a refund for that item, however you may be charged for any additional delivery and collection costs we incur.
In certain circumstances, we may ask you to return the product direct to the manufacturer.
Return of non-faulty goods
At The Shower Doctor we are determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a happy customer. If however the event arises that you wish to cancel your order, then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below.
You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 14 working days after delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us. It will speed up the returns process if you can also provide a brief explanation of your reason for cancellation. We will refund your money, including the postage charges, within 14 days.
If you cancel after 14 days, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should purchase enough postal insurance to cover their value. It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to The Shower Doctor using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period and we would therefore recommended the product(s) are returned with the original packaging in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on the return journey.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If you wish to make a return after the fourteen day cooling off period, please note that we cannot accept returns if:
- The products have been used, personalised or customised in any way.
- The products have been fitted for fault finding purposes, we will deem it to have been used.
Please be aware that some of our products are not covered by the manufacturer warranty if sold to an address outside the UK. If you have any concerns regarding this matter please contact us before making a purchase. Please also note that any refunds for items which have been collected outside the UK will be subject to a deduction to cover the cost of collection.

Any other use of materials on this site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication is strictly prohibited.
The Shower Doctor Ltd reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
