temp. control

Over the past few months we have had to turn up the temp. control knob higher and higher to get hot water, now almost all way round and only warm. everything looks ok so what could be the problem?

at this time of year the water is normally much be colder coming in to electric showers and you do need the heat turned up a little more to accommodate, however - due to the milder winters at the moment, this does It sounds like one of the elements in your heating can may have failed which would only allow the shower to give out half heat making the shower cooler even when turned up. We do have a video on how to test your heater can and elements via this link provided to our youtube channel - www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzPt1hsfVq4

The element if required can be found as item 3 dependant on what KW rating your shower is via this link provided. You will also find replacement showers to the right of the spares page if you feel it too expensive to repair your shower.

If you do require anymore assistance after testing your elements then please dont hesitate to get in touch. 0131 538 4343 (option 1)
