This question is regarding Neptune Solo 8.5kW Electric Shower

Just moved into a new house with one of these fitted, it is turned up to max and yet is still only really likewarm. It is a tired looking model and has no visual on light. Is this an old model would i be as well just replacing it like for like?

The shower has a power light and if this is not on then I would check that you actually have the power switched on to the shower.
