Neptune Solo

Power to ceiling switch is ok. However when power knob on shower is turned from "off" upward to either of "On" positions neon light on ceiling power switch goes off but fuse in fuse box is not tripped. Shower doesn't work at all - no water, nothing. What has gone wrong?

A: You need to test whether there is 230-240v from the ceiling switch into the shower, as this maybe faulty.

If when you turn the dial to either of "On" positions and the neon light on ceiling power switch goes off you will have to test then if you have 230-240v in the shower, as I still think that the problem lies with the ceiling switch.
