Water flow rate

I need to provide a water use calculation for my local council for building regulation purposes. What is the flow of the Neptune Solo 8.5 per minute?

It will depend on the incoming temperature of the water.

However if the water is coming in at 10°C and you want a temperature rise of 30° for a 40° shower then you will have a flow rate of 3.75 lts per min approx.
