WHY IS THE WATER FLOW IN THE SHOWER NOT VERY GOOD, IT USED TO BE OK UNTILL 3 MONTHS AGO.

Is the shower head clean and clear?

Could be a blocked filter or sticking check valve in the inlet elbows

The cartridge may need replaced..
